Us Supreme Court Stops Liberals’ Game

As the liberal socialist machine continues its unscrupulous efforts, by any means necessary, to keep President Trump from running for President for a second term in 2024, millions of Americans remain united in their efforts to support him and restore our nation to its former glory. Under the liberal Biden administration, our Country has seen an alarming decline in our freedoms, economy and the safety and security of our nation. The liberal socialist agenda is about power and control and they will stop at nothing to accomplish their mission, as shown by the multitude of unfounded lawsuits filed against President Trump and abuse of the legal process in their unjust attempts to subvert the constitution and rule of law.

In a case filed by six Colorado voters who attempted to disqualify President Trump from being on the Colorado State Republican Primary Ballot that was loosely based on the contorted interpretation of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution adopted during the Civil War to prevent soldiers or officers who had engaged in an insurrection or rebellion against the United States from running for office.

In a two-fold ruling by a liberal Colorado trial judge, the Court expressed its opinion that President Trump had engaged in insurrection but had no choice under the US Constitution but to accept President Trump’s legal argument that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment did not apply to the President or Office of the Presidency.

In a State Appeal, the liberal majority of the Colorado Supreme Court, reversed the second part of the trial Judge’s decision that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment did not apply to the President or the Office of the Presidency.

President Trump then requested the United States Supreme Court to intervene and hear the case, submitting several legal arguments why the State Appeals Court had gone astray and that by removing him from the Colorado State Republican Primary Ballot would override the will of the people and rights of the voters.

After the United States Supreme Court agreed to hear the case, President Trump ultimately prevailed. By unanimous decision, the US Supreme Court Justices, ruled that under the Constitutional provision, Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, States may not bar candidates for the Presidency or remove the former President from the ballot. The majority wrote “ The Constitution makes Congress, rather than the states, responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates,” adding that detailed federal legislation was required to determine who was disqualified under the provision.

Ultimately, the liberal’s attempts to threaten, upend and undermine the Presidential race by removing President Donald J. Trump from ballots across the nation was thwarted and in this case justice prevailed even though it should never have been allowed to begin with.

In an interview on a conservative radio program, Mr. Trump said he was pleased by the outcome. “I was very honored by a nine-to-nothing vote,” he said. “And this is for future presidents; this is not for me.”

“The court today needed to resolve only a single question: whether an individual state may keep a presidential candidate found to have engaged in insurrection off its ballot,” they wrote. “The majority resolves much more than the case before us.

In the liberal’s further politically motivated illegal attempts to destroy President Trump and a clear abuse of the legal system, the United States Supreme Court has also agreed to decide whether or not President Trump is immune from prosecution regarding the January 6, 2021 Capitol protest by US Citizens, thereby delaying trial proceedings in his criminal case as they consider the matter. The US Supreme Court Justices have agreed to decide on the scope of a central charge in the federal election-interference case against President Trump, with a ruling to be expected by June 2024.

No man, President or not, should be responsible for or held accountable for another man’s actions. Patriotic Conservative Americans must stand strong and pray that was is just and righteous will once again prevail and the will of the people will be heard.
